Industry Update- CONEXPO On Display hydraulic jib articulation and versatile configurations allow these lifts to operate safely in confined spaces and on complex jobsites.
Elliott Equipment Highlights Digger Derricks and BoomTrucks
Stellar Industries and Elliott Equipment Company showcased aerial work solutions, featuring digger derricks and boom trucks designed for utility, construction and infrastructure applications.
The Elliott D105 digger derrick offers a maximum 50,000-pound lift capacity, 41-foot digging radius and 20,000 foot-pounds of digging torque, combining ergonomic hydraulic controls with high-strength boom construction and robust outrigger systems.
The 1881TM boom truck features an 81-foot boom with a 36,000-pound lift capacity, out-and-down outrigger and operator-friendly hydraulic overload protection.
Faresin On the Floor
For the first time, Faresin Industries exhibited at CONEXPO, showcasing its FS line of telehandlers.
The FS 6.26 features compact dimensions, a stepless zero to 18.64 miles per hour transmission and improved cab ergonomics with a 5-inch display and integrated joystick, while maintaining stability with limited-slip axles and oil-immersed brakes. The FS 10.40 combines hydraulic power with high-speed operation, supporting up to 8,818 pounds and multiple boom movements. The FS 17.45 delivers 9,920 pounds of lifting capacity at heights up to 53-feet, 10-inches, with independent stabilizers and three steering modes. Faresin continues global telehandler production from its Breganze, Italy headquarters.
Shuttlelift Displays DB Series and SB Series
Shuttlelift showcased its DB Series double-beam rubber-tired gantry crane at this year’ s event, featuring a patented auxiliary powered hoist system.
The DB Series is designed for industrial applications requiring high-capacity lifting and precise control, with capacities from 30 to more than 250 tons for precast elements, bridge girders, modular assemblies and oversized components. The auxiliary hoist allows independent winch operation, improving efficiency for tasks such as flipping panels.
Shuttlelift also offers the SB Series single-beam gantry crane and custom spreader assemblies, suited for longer components, tandem lifts or limited spaces.
Harrison Hydra-Gen Highlights Hydraulic Generators
Harrison Hydra-Gen showcased its hydraulic generators for mobile elevated work platforms and other high-demand tasks at height. The
PMG-Series converts hydraulic power into reliable electricity, eliminating the need for standalone gas or diesel generators, reducing weight, maintenance and emissions while improving jobsite efficiency. Operators can use mounted or Tool Circuit generators, which attach to existing hydraulic circuits for flexibility and portability.
Harrison designs custom units up to 40 kilowatts and supports integration with testing, documentation and training. The company provides mobile power solutions for construction, utility and industrial applications.
