When the 73rd annual EUFMC gets underway, a record number of attendees are expected to take part in the industry’ s premiere event for utility fleets.

In 2025, EUFMC attendees included 177 fleet representatives from 107 investor-owned utilities, 34 utility contractors, 10 utility cooperatives, 12 municipal operations and 14 other fleets that operate, manage and maintain utility equipment. Included were 62 new fleet attendees from four new companies. Joining the fleets were 350 supplier representatives from 97 companies.
“ Record attendance at EUFMC last year was driven by the value that the conference educational program, equipment events, networking opportunities and special activities continue to offer fleets and suppliers,” said EUFMC President Greg Loew, Avista Utilities.“ In 2026, that tradition will continue, and we look forward to welcoming fleet professionals and suppliers to Williamsburg.”
EUFMC equipment events include a Drive-Thru Demonstration( pictured on the next page) and an Equipment Show showcasing vehicles, equipment, products and services for utility fleet operations.

Educational Value
At its core, EUFMC is an educational event focused on providing information on the design, procurement, application, operation, management and maintenance of utility equipment used by fleets. The invitation-only conference is a forum for fleet professionals to exchange information, discuss mutual challenges and develop best practices. Throughout the event, fleet representatives interact with manufacturers and suppliers of vehicles, equipment, products and services for utility fleet operations.
