Potain and Crane honored at 2024 Construction Machinery Middle East Awards.
The Potain MCT 1105 and Grove GMK6300L-1 cranes earned top honors at the 2024 Construction Machinery Middle East Awards. The Potain MCT 1105 tower crane received both“ Tower Crane of the Year” and“ Crane of the Year” awards, while the Grove GMK6300L-1 all-terrain crane was named“ Mobile Crane of the Year.”

Liebherr Acquires Land for New Logistics Hub
The Liebherr Group has purchased 480,000 square meters of land in Tupelo, Mississippi, to build a new logistics distribution center. This facility will serve customers across North and South America, focusing on spare parts logistics. The project is set to create around 180 new jobs in

The site will be part of Liebherr’ s expanding logistics network, handling warehousing, distribution, pre-assembly, kitting, repackaging and customs services. This expansion aims to enhance Liebherr’ s presence in the American market.
Liebherr-Logistics GmbH, the group’ s internal logistics provider, currently operates out of Oberopfingen, Germany, and Born, Netherlands. The new Tupelo center will join these hubs, supporting various product segments including earthmoving machinery and maritime cranes.
