Industry Challenges
Knott stated that development of the next generation of skilled workers is an area that they are aware of and are working on. As technology evolves and project demands become more complex, the need for a welltrained workforce becomes increasingly critical.
Phoenix Crane is building a brand that it says will foster the skills of its 99 employees, creating growth from within and one that will assist in recruiting future employees.
The company sees challenges as opportunities and is committed to investing in training and development to build a skilled workforce while participating in initiatives that promote the industry to younger generations.
For his part, Knott volunteers his time by serving on Specialized Carrier and Rigging Association and Specialized Carrier and Rigging Foundation committees, as well as in his role at NCCCO as alternate commissioner.
The Future of Phoenix Crane
Phoenix Crane never loses focus on the foundations that keep them on solid ground. Its consistent employee development and training in advanced technologies equates to successful outcomes for its customers.
As the crane and rigging industry is poised for a transformation driven by solutions-oriented companies, Phoenix Crane is branding itself as a solution provider. The
company is no longer just a rental house but continues to tailor its offerings to specific customer needs by adding storage, hauling, rigging and project management solutions.
It believes that building strong partnerships and engaging in organizational development will be the key to its success. Focusing on these areas, it aims to contribute to and support the growth and advancement of the crane industry.
