Shuttlelift showcased its DB Series double-beam rubber-tired gantry crane at CONEXPO 2026, featuring the company’ s flagship model equipped with a patented auxiliary powered hoist system.
The DB Series is designed for industrial lifting applications requiring high-capacity performance and precise control. With capacities ranging from 30 to more than 250 U. S. tons, the crane is used to handle bridge girders, large precast elements, modular assemblies and other oversized industrial components across industries such as steel fabrication, precast concrete, modular construction and power generation.
A key feature of the system is the auxiliary powered hoist, which allows a winch to operate independently of the main hoists. This capability supports tasks such as flipping panels and handling specialized loads.
Shuttlelift said the DB Series combines rugged construction with engineered-to-order flexibility, allowing equipment to be configured based on specific materials, yard layouts and production requirements. The company has provided engineered lifting systems for more than 50 years, working with industrial operators to develop equipment tailored to their operations.
WireCo Displays Lazerlift, Boomfit and Durascend
WireCo, a global supplier of steel wire and synthetic rope solutions, showcased its latest crane rope lineup at CONEXPO-CON / AGG 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company highlighted products from its CASAR and OLIVEIRA brands, including the CASAR Lazerlift, CASAR Boomfit and OLIVEIRA Durascend.
Lazerlift, introduced in 2025, is a rotation-resistant hoist rope for large telescopic cranes, crawler cranes and high-capacity tower cranes. The rope is designed for consistent spooling and high minimum breaking force. Boomfit is a steel adjustment rope for boom hoist applications on telescopic, crawler and tower cranes, supporting multi-layer spooling with a plastic-coated steel core. Durascend is a compacted, rotation-resistant rope aimed at small to medium tower and mobile cranes, offered in diameters from 8 millimeters( 0.31 inches) to 19 millimeters( 0.75 inches).
WireCo emphasized the importance of U. S.-based manufacturing and a coordinated global supply network to support operators and OEMs. The company said domestic production enables fast, consistent delivery while meeting modern lifting performance requirements.
